The winecan be purchased without the long ferry wait and the time it takes to get off the island again on over loaded ferries.

Small outpost of actual winery on island is the only place for tastings. Tastings were very small pours for the price and wine was just 'okay'. Only ended up liking one out of the six pours but I suppose that is totally subjective.

My wife and I just returned from beautiful and vastly underrated Lopez Island. One of the stops was at the Lopez Island Vineyard, the only winery on the island. Co-owner Maggie and Rachel had just extended the summer hours to 7pm, and we were lucky enough to be the first (and only) two visitors, so we had the duo and... More

I was recently on Lopez Island, north of Seattle for a family affair. I brought home a bottle of Siegerrebe wine from this winery hoping to enjoy it with a home cooked meal. My husband and I both agreed that this was just such a lovely, light white wine. No left over for the risotto! Make this place a stop... More

We tasted everything and settled on a bottle of the rose. It was amazing and, as luck would have it, also the least expensive. It was so good we went back the next night for another bottle.

Staff was pretty bleh. Hostess had a rough personality. If I was serving this much wine I might be more up beat. Seems like every wine server is the same though when it comes to wineries. Is there a school for things like that?

You will pass it as you drive towards the village. Once in the village, look towards the water front (near Bay Cafe) and you will find the taste... More

Check out their tasting room in the village. Two locally-grown wines are worth purchase: Madeline Angevine (light and tasty, like a Loire Sancerre) and the Severibe(spelling?), which is a cross between a frisking and Sancerre. Perfect for summer. Too bad the Bay Cafe next door doesn't offer them.
