We stopped in for our first glimpse into Long Beach. Disappointed with the amount of cheap tchotchkes and lack of culture.

It is a cool place to visit, but I would watch what you buy there. As most stores in Long Beach it is expensive on a lot of things.

Took my Grandson here on our trip to the Washington/Oregon coast. They have anything and everything you could possibly think of! We must have spent 30 minutes here just looking at everything. Great stop!

This is a good museum. Free, with interesting things stuffed in every corner of this property ! Antiques, new items, beachy items, something for everyone. One can't forget to visit the 'alligator man-Jake' A conversation maker for the little ones especially !

Yes the museum is ADA, but it does become over crowded at times.(May-September). Late fall early winter are the best times to visit if you want to avoid the crowds.
