The exhibits were unexciting with one whole floor of very modern paintings with no titles or explanations. The second floor did have a good, but very small exhibit, of blown glass, some of which were mounted rhinoceros heads. Worth a quick look, but nothing special.

This small museum is extraordinary, featuring the masters of Northwest Art as well as pleasant "discoveries" It should be on the MUST list of anyone who visits La Conner. The staff and volunteers are very knowledgeable and the work is accessible to art newcomers. I...More

Small museum gallery curating shows of professional quality local artists. A visit to the museum makes a nice break from browsing the many small shops in La Conner.

What a perfect museum. It is big enough to have interesting displays for the museum-goer, but small enough to be palatable for the I-don't-like-museums crowd. And the fact that it is free to the public, and it rotates exhibits every three months? Well, it is...More

Well curated, rotating shows displayed in a spacious gallery. Great gift store with items for children all the way to collectors of glass and pottery art.
