There is much to see in this park - 2 lighthouses (one has a rather steep walk), parts of the former Fort Canby, hiking trails, beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and a Lewis & Clark Interpretive Center (additional fee). There is a nice campground that includes camping cabins and yurts. There is the former Lighthouse Keepers Residences available to... More

Can't say enough about this park. The camping is wonderful! Clean, plenty of room between sites. We were literally a block from the beach...clean and pristine. The Interpretive Center was fantastic. In fact we went back twice. My only complaint is that you are charged $.50 for a 3-minute shower. But we shower in our rig anyway. We would definitely... More

Very beautiful and very green. We enjoyed seeing the lighthouses and hiking through the park and along the beaches. Great day for surf watching. It was pounding today.

What a great place to take a walk and see nature in her rawest form. The waves crashing against one side of the jetty and the calmness on the other side. Great picture spot.

The history here is a lot of fun to learn and the views are incredible. You can drive to many of the sites, but others require a bit of a hike.

This is an excellent getaway location for a weekend family camping trip. I stayed in Cabin C1 with my wife and 3 year old daughter, and although I was a little skeptical that the accommodations would work for us, we were not disappointed. Let me say that you get what you pay for, so don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. But for... More

Truly a great place to see a lot of lush vegetation and beautiful views to photograph. There are homes/cabins available to rent and the hike to the lighthouse is well worth it!

Area has many great walking trails and 2 very photogenic lighthouses. It is great to take a walk on the beach at low tide and explore the shore area. This is a State Park so you will need a pass which can be purchased at the kiosk on site. This is a must see when in the area, lots of... More

Visited because of access to two great lighthouses, Cape Disappointment and North Head. Nice park with great walking trails and scenic vistas. Lots of foliage--nice to have names and info of various plants, trees, flowers, shrubs, etc. posted by the trails. Main parking lot for access to Cape Disappointment Lighthouse fairly small (20-25 spots?), but sign said on opens up... More

The RV sites we great. They were semi private and ours was just steps from the beach. The park itself was big with lots of things to do and very clean.
