This place was interesting, but not a must see. We had a seven year old and a nine year old who went through this pretty quickly. The memorabilia was restored beautifully and the information on the family was interesting. Bring a quarter for the trains!

Stopped since included with the caverns. It was neat to see the way things have changed thru the years. If you like history you would lime this place.

This is a free attraction, so why not stop. However, it is like a 2 room museum, with stuff to look at and little blurbs to read about some items. There were some interesting items, and the vehicles were nice, but overall, it was not...More

We loved all the antiques that we saw. The hand creams that they sell are delicious. And so are the lip balms. Stop by once you’re done with the Caverns!

This little nugget is an added bonus when visiting the Shenandoah Caverns. You must stop by. It’s free and so worth the stop.

The Yellow Barn is not the big attraction when visiting the caverns, but has some pretty neat things to see: antique carriages and farm equipment. You are on your own walking through this building. Admission was included in the cost of the cavern tour.

This was part of the Caverns admission. I wouldn't pay for it separately. It's quick. Maybe 20 minutes to walk around. There are bathrooms. Not much to do/see. Bring a quarter to turn on trains.

Yes Nancy you can. However I do recommend the cavern tour. It is actually a tour with an elevator entrance so no long steep steps to go down. It is worth the visit to see all 3 attractions. Matter of fact my family and I... More
