A must see while in Roanoke. We saw it during the day and then at night and it is beautiful. You can actually see it from the highway at night when it is lit up.

No camping here. Smith mountain state lake park about 30 minutes away has camping. This is a small park.

There are several picnic areas but I'm not certain if any would accommodate that many.
