Enjoyed our visit this summer. Looking forward to seeing the traveling Weitzman shoe exhibit and the re-opening of Rosalie Shaftman gallery & display in December.

Stunning architecture anchors downtown area. Collection - especially the American arts - is not to be missed. Special exhibits are well curated. Afternoon touring exhibition of artistic luminaries from the local region was well spent.

Nothing worthwhile to see inside, except building's architecture is great. Parking inadequate and building doesn't really fit into surrounding area.

The museum space is very pleasant- open and light. This was my first visit. There was a 100 year celebration exhibit for Harold Finster, a primitive artist living in Georgia. Worth the visit.

We are privileged to have such a top-rate art museum in our small city, Thanks to the Taubman Family, The Fralin Family and many other enthusiastic citizens, this museum was designed especially for us by the late Randall Stout, who had worked with Frank Gehry on other designs. Randall, after visiting this "Railroad Town" and talking to local residents, incorporated... More

We drove two hours for over to visit the museum, which is the subject of much advertisement on regional National Public Radio stations. Generally, the museum appears to be much-loved and supported by the community. In return, it appears to provide strong outreach to a variety of demographics in its community. The opportunities offered to children for artistic expression and... More

Outstanding small museum featuring local and regional artists. Loved the Howard Finster and Hair exhibits. Unexpected treat to receive free admission due to a corporate sponsor.

This is not the first time I have been to this museum, and again I am enthralled by the strength of the exhibitions. A first class museum that all should visit. Happy to see families participating on this Saturday.

Beautiful architecture. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We attended a card making class, which was lots of fun. Enjoyed the exhibits-especially "Art & Sole"
