This place provides an opportunity to interact directly with a wide variety of parrots that is not to be missed if you like birds. The staff are very friendly and obviously care a great deal about their charges. The birds look healthy and well card...More

Always love paying a visit to The Parrot Place when we visit Nz. It's definitely value for money, we've been coming for ten years now and there has been no increase in admission price during this time, which is a bonus with an ever expanding...More

This was a slightly odd experience for us. It felt as though the proprietor was just going through the motions of showing us her birds but without any genuine enthusiasm or warmth. Maybe she was having an off day? The parrots are gorgeous but I...More

Good visit in nice surrounds. Well priced not like a lot off tourist attractions. Can interact with some birds, friendly staff.

We arrived 30 minutes before closing but were the only ones there. Got to hold four different parrots. Our daughter loved trying to figure out which birds talked. Nice kids stop at the end of our day.

I brought my youngest kid here and we had a great and relaxed time, walking amongst the birds and feeding them. Well kept, friendly place, would definitely recommend for families with kids to come for a visit. $10 for adults, $5 for kids.
