I've been to nearly all the Essex Wildlife parks and hadn't visited Bedfords, so decided to give it a try. It was a lot hillier so hard going for older knees or little people. The deer were lovely but I found paths weren't clearly marked...More

Nothing like getting out in the fresh air Bedford’s Park is great for all the family, bring the dog, walk to see the herd of Red Pol cattle and the deer enclosure, enjoy the woodland and finish with a hot drink in the dog friendly...More

If you like walking and taking in the peace and quiet this is lovely, during the hot weather I would take my collapsible chair and a good book there and enjoy the views from the cafe.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here in April 2018. It was fantastic. Cannot fault the staff for the games they played with the children outside and they got all the adults involved too! Nice area for the food after which we supplied ourselves....More

Take our dog to this lovely natural country park. Can walk for ages through the woods and grasslands. So peaceful, you could be anywhere. Look to the west, and you can see the the City of London, with Canary Wharf attempting to touch the sky....More
