It had been four years since our last visit. I We followed the route on the map, and the children enjoyed themselves. We enjoyed the 'new' Great Wall of China simulator. Most of the other guests seemed to have brought packed lunches, so we had no difficulty finding a table at the cafe by the toboggan ride. We had sandwiches,... More

We paid approx £135 for a pass for one week to cover entry to Robin Hill and Blackgang, and whilst the latter was as good as ever, Robin Hill was a huge letdown. The first day we visited was chilly but dry, yet for some reason the giant slide was closed. There was not one word of explanation, it was... More

I have been here several times over the years and they keep adding new things. It does appear expensive if you're only going to visit once but there are many things to see and do. If you're staying on the Island for a few days your ticket does allow you to return for free within 7 days. If you are... More

We only visited the electric Woods as part of the festival of light. Advertised price online was not the expensive price we were charged on the night. No apology from staff at online prices being incorrect. Limited signage to find things in the dark as to what was going on. I was expecting more authenticity given it was inspired by... More

We are sorry to see that this reviewer didn't feel our electric woods event was value for money. During this event, there were different ticket options available: £11.50 Sunday - Thursday, or £13.50 Friday and Saturdays, plus half term - this is due to the additional entertainment on during these times. Our Festival of Light event is inspired by Diwali,... More

I can't understand a previous review as there is SO much to do here, we couldn't fit it all into one day. So much so that we have booked again for next weekend and we live in Kent !!,Visited in October Half term with grand children 4 and 8 and they loved it. There are so many different areas and... We visited on a lovely warm evening in October!and it was packed the car park was heaving. The lights were very pretty. Especially by the lake. Expensive if just making an evening visit. Buy a ticket and use again and again for a week.

It's basically lots of themed play areas scattered over a large country park type area. There's woodland walks and a some rides, as well as the remains of a Roman villa. It''s a bit of a bizarre mix, really and has been improved over the years. The Chinese Gardens are nice, but the bird display was a bit disappointing. They... More

The park is beautiful. When we went they were having divali celebrations, which had a large variety of things to do, food to eat and places to explore. Would definitely recommend.
