We visited this beach a number of times during our holiday. The Alcudia end of the beach is even more sheltered. This means the waves are even smaller. The water is warm, and the beach is well maintained. There are plenty of sun beds. Under...More

Lovely place. Get down to the marina to escape the chav element though. Its less touristy down that way. The beaches are amazing. Beware when booking accomodation as some places are chav central (Belle Vue)

Quiet in the day but buzzing in the evening. Love this place. Lots of shops and bars. Beach is lovely and is clean. Will be going back.

Beautiful Sandy wide beach with crystal clear clean water. You can see the tower of a power station from many perspectives which is a shame but it's still very nice with a very long walk along the shoreline if you want it and a marina...More

Wow, good sunscreenes and beds everywhere, along all the beaches from the harbour until Playa de Muro. Also, safe deposity boxes on the beach, what great idea!

This is our second visit back to Alcudia as it is a brilliant place for families. The beach is a gem as it has really shallow water and you can paddle quite far out. The beach is ideal for making sand castles and if you...More

We stayed in Alcudia old town and visited Playa Alcudia.I don't think it is one of the better beaches and there is a stagnant water odour that wafts around.Go to Playa Muro instead. Just before the jetty much nicer

Anywhere near the Beach was extortionate €4.50 for a Lager €5+ for Cider. Away from the beach down the 'main strip' prices more reasonable.
