Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Many years since I have been on them but with our son and g/son (11) visiting we thought let’s try the karting. I had the previous week popped along with my g/son just to have a look to see how safe , what karts for him and if suitable for us and if he fancied a go when is Dad comes in a few days. I can relate to other comments of some karts being slow. But that definitely is down to the driver I reckon as I had a car that was previously driven slow and I was lapping others. Guy at desk explained Super JR kart ,34€ 15min, was ideal for the 3 of us and he was spot on. It really was a thrill to drive being so low to the ground at that speed. When finished I was all for racing my son on the fast kart track but he said next time (chicken). I am in my 70’s and can’t wait until next lot of our family visit us to do it again. Found the staff very helpful getting correct size of helmet , cleaned and sealed after each use , then the instructions for driving the karts. There are facilities for refreshments, toilets , tented area and a roof top for viewing the karts on both circuits. All in all a great time , price seems steep but worth it , definitely do it again and recommend it. What I’ve missed not trying it more often as living here in the last 8 years and just up the road from us.

We were on holidays in Magaluf and walked to the Go Karting from the centre in about 10 minutes. My children really enjoyed the experience. It costs €25 for 10 minutes for children over 8 years and you get an extra 2 minutes if you tag them on an Instagram post. One of my children went into the verge and the supervising staff member brought out a new car and added on the missed time. The staff were friendly and helpful. Go karting is generally expensive wherever you go so I feel it was good value overall as they really enjoyed it.

I came here very off season and we were the only people on the race track, the staff were so lovely and we had such a great time. I felt very safe, the staff spoke English so were able to explain the safety and operation of the karts. They also have different powered karts so children don’t go so fast so it was amazing. Free parking as well

I went to do rental go karting. Even though I took the "fastest" karts, the engine was so pathetic that I never even needed to lift the throttle, not to mention brake. I tried switching karts but was the same. I had never seen such awful go karts and had such a boring time in one.

I am just back from go karting the price was expensive for the experience I got the pro kart assuming it to be fast for the €37 but did not go anywhere what you expect and also the helmet they were offering were old and damaged also the go kart I was in was also leaking full from full pipe so there health and safety for customers is appalling seems like another one of they companies that are happy to take money and put a blind eye to any safety so if your happy to give money for terrible experience it's your choice i wouldn't recommend it don't waist your money and buy yourself a few drinks

There is a decent track, far from the Palma Circuit, but fine for having some fun. There are 4 go-karts categories, but all are pretty amateur. If you have already driven karts, go for the fastest category. It is very expensive and no value-for-money, but all the rest are just toys.
The helmets are completely wets of other people's sweat and they do not provide any type of cap for hygiene.
If you ask for it, they mock at you and they invite you to spend additional 20€ in an insane protector.
If you really want to enjoy the experience, it is much better going to the Circuit de Mallorca, near Llucmajor. This one is decent but managed by pigs.

Ten of us turned up to the track as part of a stag weekend, we all had a blast. the track set up was good, and the Karts was great fun. At the end of your laps they give you your lap times, and you can buy a picture of yourself which has been taken whilst your zooming about. There was also a small track, which had a kids party going on while we was there.

Awful track, and the "fastest" go kart was very slow. A lot of the helmets were damaged and when asked if we needed the body suits the lady said it's too hot but could wear if we wanted (we went late in the evening) the safety aspect was very poor. We all had the fastest cats but all the cars had were very different in speed. It was very very expensive for how bad it was

Went Karting with a friend and 4 kids. Kids started on the junior karts (there were only 4 of the karts so we couldn’t drive it them on those) and one was much slower than the other so one unhappy kid. Then took the two bigger kids onto the senior karts with us two adults. WHAT A JOKE. One kart was good, 2 terrible and so slow that you couldn’t race and one average. I even changed karts after a few laps and the other kart was also rubbish.

Went to complain after and were told we had used our time up and sorry karts were all the same and nothing to do. The receptionist spoke to the manager. When I asked to see the Manager, he miraculously had disappeared. That tells you everything you need to know about this place. I will never go back. 200 euros down the drain as it’s also expensive.

Try the other kart place on Mallorca. It’s much better.

All staff speak spanish and no safety brief - my 9 year old boy was enjoying his first go kart experience until he was given a gesture to come in the pit lane at short notice for the final lap - despite the track attendant having a control to kill the speed of the car, he allowed him to enter the pit lane at full speed and subsequently crash into a wall - so lucky he wasnt seriously injured - very disappointing from a safety angle
