When you are a Robert Graves fan or not, his house which is a museum now, is worth visiting. Also a nice garden. He lead an interesting life and luckily found happiness later on.

Fascinating place, beautiful gardens and a fantastic introduction to the work of Robert Graves. The house is possibly tidier since the days of the great poet but is simple, functional and rather adorable. Recommended.

Visiting the house was an unexpected highlight. Much of the charm of the house has been retained although some spaces have been transformed into exhibition spaces, which are also well curated. Try to have time to sit in the garden.

An interesting place to visit. The intro video is very informative and wandering around the house equally so. Follow it up with a visit to Deià church graveyard where Robert Graves lies at rest. His grave isn't particularly obvious - there's a plaque on the...More

Nice grounds and views. House was accessible and very interesting even though we have not read any of Robert Grave’s books - although now we will! Interesting displays of letters written to the author from other notable people including Winston Churchill.

Despite knowing little about Robert Graves, I found the "casa de Robert Graves" to be the best thing I have seen in two months of travelling in Spain and Mallorca. The wonderfully well preserved rooms, the beautiful gardens, the painstakinly prepared and interesting and often...More
