I visited the other day for a 3 hour beach ride. The staff were fantastic and the horses were extremely well behaved. It was extremely hot but it is important to note that these animals are climatized to this weather and they were not in any distress whatsoever.
There were mixed abilities in the group from beginner to experienced, this was managed well by the staff as experienced riders were able to go for a gallop whilst the staff stayed with the beginners and allowed them to canter whilst being lead, ensuring all members of the group got the same experience they hoped for.
Extremely reasonable prices, Amazing Staff, Amazing Horses. Would highly recommend and would definitely revisit next time I am here.

Me and my family booked a 1-hour ride at this ranch, hoping to share what should have been an unforgettable experience.
When you arrive you're fitted for a helmet and then the horses are brought out and the staff ask you if you know how to ride and allocate horses as needed.
This ranch is continuously advertised as 'beginner friendly' and in my opinion it's neither for beginners, nor friendly. The demonstration at the beginning was as lackluster as it is brief; it lasts all of about a minute. After that, you're told to mount up.
A member of my group with zero experience (and nervous about it, but keen to try) was unable to mount. Instead of the staff stepping in to help, the owner asked me to assist. What are they even here for if not to help?? The owner just shouted at her during this entire time, embarrassing her in front of everyone, and she no longer wanted to partake. She was offered no apology or refund... anyone else who had trouble was similarly just shouted at to hurry up.
After this whole 'experience', we went to another ranch and she was mounted up in a matter of seconds. It's shocking how far basic decency and patience can go.
After that great start, we crossed the road outside and started. There's roughly 15-20 in a group. There was only one staff member to guide us (the owner in our case) and he'd usually be at the very front, or very back. There were times where riders could go ~5 minutes without having eyes on them. The beach ride is brief, just a few minutes, and then you loop back to the start. The scenery is beautiful, but you just can't relax enough to enjoy it.
You have to trot and canter. There is no choice. I'd ridden a couple times before, so it didn't bother me too much, but beginners should have a choice.
If you get even a few widths from the next rider, you're expected to catch up immediately. During the whole ride, the guide repeatedly shouts commands at riders. It's fine to instruct, of course, but he goes about it in the most rude manner I've ever seen. It's like if Gordon Ramsay got into the equestrian biz.
One member of our group was off-balance and struggled when we had to canter and raised this concern. The guide just sighed, mumbled to himself, and moved on. That's just negligent. What if she had fallen?
At the root of it, the horses are well-trained and looked after. They do such a good job. But, we weren't told their names or asked if we wanted photos taken.
It's like a cloud hangs over the ranch, and it stems from the owner. It's the constant shouting and lack of manners. It's not even in a playing around 'banter' sense, it's just plain ignorant how you're spoken to here. Your riders are all paying customers, most of whom are beginners, and who are trying their best with the instructions given. You can't even argue it's to keep people safe either, because other ranches achieve that by giving calm instruction and adequate demonstration, and it works far better. The riders aren't on-edge all the time and by extension, neither are the horses.
In my opinion, this isn't the place to go if you're a first-time rider. Even for the experienced, I'd think twice, as it's not an enjoyable experience anyway for all the reasons listed.

Family trek ( 2 novice adults plus 2 experienced teen riders). We really enjoyed this experience once we got going. The horses are so well behaved and look after you well. My daughters were delighted that they got to gallop through the dunes. Us novices continued at walk/trot pace. Glad we only did the hour as I was walking like John Wayne the next day!

My daughter and I had been looking forward to this for months. The experience we had was absolutely awful! The gentleman that I presume owns this place is down right rude, obnoxious and has no customer service skills whatsoever and his staff are nearly as bad.
We arrived just as everyone was started to be allocated their horses. There was no questions of how experienced you were or what type of horse you wanted. Just, “can you ride?” “Get on” nor was there any introduction to your horse. We didn’t even know their names and were too scared to ask!
One gentleman who couldn’t ride was shouted instructions at in a very abrupt manner and not just once.
The ride itself, I felt was rushed, if you were behind you were shouted at to keep up.
We were not able to actually ride on the beach because of the tide apparently.
The horses, poor things were so hot and sweaty, a few had sore marks on them too.
Overall this was not the dream we had to ride on the beach and would never go back there!

I came here on the second day of my holiday, I have riding experience and there were 3 level groups to choose from, everybody was very welcoming and we didn’t have to wait long before mounting up. I rode a fabulous horse called Texas and loved it so much. Had to come back a second time!! Would definitely recommend

An extremely poor experience with the owner of the ranch. He was heavily inappropriate with many of my friends by touching them whilst putting them onto the horses. And continued to act inappropriately throughout the experience. I would strongly suggest to not attend this experience as the owner carried out peverted actions.

I had an amazing ride across the beach, it was beautiful scenery and my horse was fantastic. I am an experienced rider so had just the right mix of walk, trot and gallops! My guide was lovely.
The horses are so well behaved, though for the 3 hour it’s probably best if you have some riding experience.

A great time we had by all, after we realised how to control the horses! We were told very little about how to steer, stop and what to do. The leader of the group was very fast spoken and on his phone mostly, hardly turning back to check in the other 7 of us, some with no horse riding experience!
The route we took was so beautiful across the beach and was just the right amount of time. I’d definitely recommend having some experience on a horse first. A younger member of the group fell off and the leader was very unsympathetic. I feel like more staff should have been with us considering we had to cross a main road too!

Absolutely brilliant we all loved it 3 adults and 3 kids it was that good we went twice the people were lovely and the horses were great we went for a hour at only 30euros each

This place was amazing! The 1 hour trek was just brilliant and so much fun! The horses were so well behaved and it was amazing, tempted to go back again whilst we are out here and do the same trip! Would so recommend doing whilst you are here!
