There are some huge bike rental places in that area. It would be very surprising if at least one didn't have a baby chair. To be sure why not bring a baby chair as a special piece of luggage and fix it to a hired bike? That would probably cost about the same and you would know your child is comfortable in a chair that fits him/her.
