The Chrysler Museum is a wonderful place to visit. A beautiful glass exhibit hall is always a favorite to visit and see the art of Tiffany. There are many collections to wander through and they are all are amazing. Visiting exhibits are dynamic and varied demonstrating the expertise and commitment of the museum curators. In house now is the collection... More

A diverse exposition of artifacts from around the world. A must see if you are visiting Norfolk and it is free! Just across the street you can enjoy the art of glass making from beginning to end at noon and beautifully narrated live. Did I mentioned free?

We go here fairly regularly. Even if admission were not free, this is a place you should not miss. World class exhibit from the collection of Walter Chrysler and frequent shows. Currently Tolouse-Lautrec.

A nice museum with great collections, especially the glass! Very much worth the visit. It's a manageable scale so you can do this museum along with some other things later on.

always like to walk thorough the museums and they tend to have interesting special exhibitions. Besides the general mix of paintings throughout the centuries mainly European and American they have a nice selection of glass art and the glass studio. You might be lucky to see some glass blown.

I've been to the Chrysler a few times, and the real stand out here is the daily free glassblowing demos that are at the glass studio right by the museum proper. The museum also has an excellent collection of Tiffany pieces, as well as all kinds of other art finds, which not being a huge art museum gal, I can't... More

Pretty little museum! Could probably have spent more time there, but particularly enjoyed the large art glass collection - especially the Tiffany pieces. Nice collection of Impressionist works as well. Volunteers and staff were very pleasant and well informed.

Small but great museum in the Ghent neighborhood of Norfolk. The museum is free with free parking so no reason not to stop by. You can easily visit the entire museum in two to three hours. Don't miss the amazing glass demonstrations at the Glass Studio at noon.

One of the secrets of Norfolk inside the Chrysler Museum. Very innovative menu will prepared and great presentation. Service sometimes spotty but does not distract from a wonderful venue and luncheon.
