Loved seeing families out playing frisbee, hula hooping, playing in the cooling fountain, or just relaxing in the shade.

It's a nice area when it's not over run but an event or festival. It's along the water, has nice views, a lot of nice boats and ships to view. You can catch the ferry there and head over to Portsmouth. There is a water...More

First time here while attending the Harborfest. The entire waterfront has been remodeled. New restaurants in the facility, excellent parking across and a beautify grass/walking area on the water over looking the Naval harbor. The Naval museum and USS Wisconsin are about one block away...easy...More

Town Point Park is conveniently located, with several large hotels in close proximity. I was in Norfolk attending a conference this week, beginning with the Harborfest. The Harborfest attracts thousands, and the combination of the food vendors, the live music, the crowds of visitors, and...More

Took some friends here from out of town. We started from Pogoda and followed the brick road to waterside. Roughly half mile easy walk with scenery. It wasn't crowded on a cloudy Sunday. The family and kiss enjoyed it.

This is a small park right on the water. There is plenty of grassy areas and is very flat. Great area for a nice walk along the water.

This park is next to the Nauticus. Bring a picnic and enjoy the outdoors. You can also just walk or jog leisurely. There is no public parking though. You have to find parking at the parking garages across the street, then walk to the park.

Cute little park with plenty of walking to do around the harbor area. The sunsets are nice...parking during offseason is a breeze. They have a few handicap spots in front of the nauticus museum if needed.

On a bright sunshiny day, this makes a great picnic spot. It's quiet, except for the harbor sounds, and has a great view of the Norfolk harbor. However, when they have a festival in Harbor Park (and they have these alot, especially in the summer)...More

Unfortunately, none that I know of unless you go up to the Ocean View section of Norfolk and have something on the beach by the bay.

I believe that, due to security considerations, tours onboard the Naval Station have been discontinued. You can, however, take the Victory Rover out of Town Point Park/Nauticus which sails past the base and you can see the... More
