The views saved the day here over looking Sant' Angelo, but unfortunately the facility was very much sub-par for the island. One of the pools were green, very green at that. When we asked about the pool being dirty they repeatedly stated that it wasn't dirty just a filter problem, or it's the sea water that does that. When we... More

Visited early September. Great place to visit and to relax. Several pools available all with various degrees of thermal waters, great sauna. Not overcrowded and no children so it was a very peaceful place with stunning views of the bay of St Angelo. Restaurant offers a reasonable buffet choice but a bit pricey. Only negative is that is closes at... More

We visited in conjunction with our tour booked through our Thomson rep, and we were pleased with our four hour stay at the park. Entry was €13pp and €1pp for the mandatory shower cap. There are 11 pools available ranging from 20-40 degrees Celsius, and we were surprised to find that the park wasn't heaving with tourists. One of the... More

Tropical offers a relaxing environment with nicely landscaped gardens and relaxing pools. Special mentioning is deserved by Luca, one of the massagists, and Werner, one of the poolmasters / lifeguards: they are both doing an excellent job. Tropical: recommended!

It's one of the smaller parks but it's also the calmer one. Only on sundays there is more movement by families. The restaurant also offers good food and the whole area is perfectly clean.

A selection of 13 pools in idyllic surroundings , lots of nooks and crannies to relax in. The water is not clear as it is fed from a hot volcanic spring and it is not dirty as indicated by a previous reviewer. Each pool has showers before you enter plus you must wear a bathing hat. each pool also has... More

The place is in bankruptcy. They haven't paid their employees in years, as well as their electric bills. Therefore they can't clean pools (read: they are gross, I mean green mossy gross), and the SPA is dirty and has no AC. The poor girls kil themselves in that heat and so do you. The Dining area has great service (the... More

I read some of the other reviews of this establishment, and I am shocked that anyone would give this dump anything but a "ghastly" rating. First off, the prices are ridiculous. Secondly, the place is VERY DIRTY. The "natural pools" reek of overpowering chlorine, so at least some of the germs are being kept at bay. The staff is rude... More

I had a really bad experience of this place. Here's my first disclaimer. I don't speak Italian. I speak reasonable German, but my wife doesn't. She was made to feel really bad and stupid by a receptionist for not speaking Italian when she booked a massage. That's not ok. Oddly, I was not made to feel stupid, but I did... More

Recently visited this spa as part of an organised excursion. The value for money is very good - there are 13 pools, each different & generally quite quiet. You do really feel relaxed while wandering around & there isn't anywhere I have been that's like it. For me the only thing that let it down was it seemed tired, in... More
