I came here with a family of four, the children are only 11 and 9. We came here after a long hard day of skiing, which seemed like a good idea to relax your muscles. First impression was not so great, seeing that they would not allow you to walk in and check it out. And seeing how the prices... More

Dear Rose, Thank you so much for you rating and the detailed information. Unfortunately we don't have a hot tub - we only have a hot pool outside with 34 °C. Maybe you can tell us how we can improve our services and offer something really hot? All the best in the meantime! More

We took full advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools, the slide!!, the sanas/steamrooms :-0 and the full massage. We had decided to break the skiing with a little relaxation, great idea and a great venue. Hotels sell cheaper tickets than you can buy at Felsentherme too. I think there were 2 indoor pools plus a childrens pool. two outside... More

Very nice and big spa with 8 saunas and indoor&outdoor pools. Prices was bit high, but totally worth it.

Visited with my family (4 y. old son) in March 2017. During our stay visited 2x (afternoon SAT and evening MON). Nice and friendly staff, EXTRA CLEAN (even before closing time). People are gentle, not noisy, friendly. Beautiful landscape overlooking. Forgot swimming suites / swimming glasses and on the other day we received it back… Excellent location – in front... More

We decided to take a week pass at the spa during our last visit in Bad Gastein on a skiing holidays, to pamper ourselves after hard days whizzing down the slopes. This turns out to be the most cost-effective way of using the facility, as it gives you free unlimited access to spa and sauna for the whole week. We... More

I struggled (as a non-skier but keen gym user) to find anything of substance about the gym at the Felsentherme - so time to right the wrong. Smaller sized gym based within the facility and with the exception of a Rowing Machine, Dual Pulley Machine or water fountain (!) this is OK for most enthusiasts. Small range of CV equipment... The Therme have a spectacular view and a very nice sauna area. But the temperature of the outside pool is too cold for an outside pool ... which makes it impossible to really enjoy the experience. It's a pity. It would be great if it could warmer.

Dear Giuls, Thank you so much for your rating. We always try to keep the temperatures high, if it is windy outside it is quite difficult. The wind sweeps over the water and cools it down. I am sure that you would enjoy the water next time. All the best to you in the meantime! More

Went for a visit after a day's skiing. Water is warm enough, but outside the pools the temperature is unpleasantly low. Water slide is the best feature for young children. If you do not appreciate naked people in the sauna, do not go.

We got a weekly pass (best value). Booked a massage in advance for the 2nd day. This is the best way to recover after a day of skiing. The view back to the slopes is just heaven. The staff are lovely and helpful. The sauna on the roof has the best view.
