visited this store a few times, and we always find nice quality belts, sandals, and accessories. Everything we have bought has been great quality and withstood the test of time. Definitely recommend for buying gifts for your gal, taking back to the states to friends, etc...

I bought 3 belts there, nice shop, fine quality, but I got stopped in the customs because it is not legal to enter Europe with crocodile leather without an official certificate and you do not get that in the shop. I did not get the fine but it is a kind of sad feeling when you are stuck in customs.

I recently returned from Nicaragua. I visited Granada for a few days. I having dinner at tercer ojos. I noticed the store Cocobolo. It had a lot of customer traffic that evening. I stooped by afterwards to find a gift for my sister's upcoming BDay. Amazing choices and good customer service. The owner and craft designer Neives attended to my... More

Never comfortable writing negative reviews, (especially for a place I'd previously raved about), so only do so when I feel I've been royally screwed, and I don't wish anyone else to go through what I did. To cut to the chase; be very careful if you decide to take the plunge and order any custom made boots from this merchant.... More

Dear clients. Thank you for all your support, great comments, emails and visits. This is appreciated - very much! And yes, sometimes both products and clients turn out more difficult than first anticipated, but as clarity is important to us, let’s begin the New Year with a few facts. Frequent Client X, whom had been to the store many times... More

If you're looking for a little SOHO with some LA Los Feliz and SF Mission District bohemian chic, then Cocobolo is a welcoming respite from the dizzying array of stereotypical folkloric sweatshop buffet of goods being peddled on the streets of Granada. I'm not a tourist, and I don't shop for cheap, contrived tourist trinkets. I'm a traveler and explorer,... More

I came by this shop by an accident. Very near the Convento. Little shop with very few items to sell. Not very easy to get attention. They have a bit of sandals, boots, bags and clothes. Some in leather and some in textile. Very expensive and you can find the same design any place else in Granada or Nicaragua.
