Calle Calzada is the best place to go in Granada during the evenings, especially for drinks and people watching. There are numerous restaurants that offer decent meals, but, you will find that the prices are a little higher than in the hidden gem restaurants that...More

Classic pedestrian only walk, with tables out and waiters pestering you to sit and eat. Vendors and street performers also. It's loud, brash, expensive and can be annoying if you don't adjust your attitude, slow down, have a beer and relax!

Check out this main street during the evening, it's completely safe to walk after dark. Most of the street is closed off to cars, so it's nice to walk along and check out all of the restaurants and bars. A great social scene at night!

This area is very touristic. There are many fancy western restaurants, bars and boutiques. And westerns getting wasted. Dozens of restaurant servers trying to convince you to come into their establishment. A bit annoying. On the positive side, beautiful architecture, a nice church and a...More

The upper part of the street is pedestrians only and most visited, numerous restaurants and bars with outside seating. Also a few shops and a very good bakery. Further down the street there is motorised traffic, but wide shady pavements. Part way along is a...More
