The title says it all. I had the greatest experience during my 4 weeks in Granada with Casa Xalteva. I could go on and on about the positives, but the greatest part about Casa Xalteva is they make you a part of their family. They support you, they listen to your troubles and they make sure you have the best... More

I can't find enough adjectives to describe what a fantastic 4 weeks I spent learning Spanish here at Casa Xalteva. Where shall I begin? First, the homestay that they provided was excellent. Five star food, lots of Spanish conversation, private room, convenient location, comfortable, safe, like bing with family. My classes were all with one teacher, Maria, which meant I... More

Where to start... The people at Casa Xalteva are phenomenal. From the moment of arrival until the day I left, I was welcomed and surrounded by smiling faces and positive attitudes. Not only is there a great communal culture and atmosphere at Casa Xalteva, but they have exemplar educational services to back it up! + The teaching staff help shape... More

My plan was to stay in Granada for three weeks but I ended up staying for 1 1/2 months and it was amazing! I stayed at Juan Carlos and Fatimas house with their three kids. From day one they made me feel welcomed and very comfortable. Even though my spanish was crap at first, they just made me talk and... More

I had two weeks of Spanish courses in Casa Xalteva. I started from almost zero but in just two weeks Maria, my professor, managed to teach me so much, and now I can actually make a conversation in Spanish. Thanks to Casa Xalteva and all it's very nice and helpful staff. I will recommend Granada and Casa Xalteva any time.

I stayed for 4 weeks in Casa Xalteva doing group classes and 3 weeks of home stay. From the very first moment I entered the school it was a special place to me, because it's not just a Spanish school it's also an non profit organisation funding a children's school. You see the kids who get supported every day which... More

I took 4 weeks of Spanish classes at Xalteva in January 2017 and must say that I was amazed even though my expectations were high due to all the great reviews here. The classes are tailored to the personal needs of the students and the staff makes sure that everyone feels comfortable at any time. That means for example that... More

I only was with Casa Xalteva and their homestay family for 1 week. Without a doubt I would have stayed longer if I had been able to. Classes were well tailored to the students and had a heavy emphases on conversational learning. My homestay family was kind, provided amazing food, and had patience to speak with me. Prior to going,... More

My partner and I took 5 days of semi-private class with Gerald at Casa Xalteva in February 2017. We found the school professional with a laid back atmosphere and nice to see the local children benefiting from the work of the school. Gerald used a good combination of games, songs and conversation to help us improve our basic Spanish -... More

I took a two week Spanish course together with my girlfriend starting near from scratch, during the course we were in a homestay. Our teacher Gerald was by far the best language teacher I ever had, including all my high school teachers. In only two weeks he took us to a level way beyond what I had ever dream of... More
