Our "tour guide" was very good, the tour was short and sweet (literally), and our guide was a lot of fun! You get to taste different chocolate and liqueurs and then of course buy lots of delicious chocolate afterwards!

This place is super touristy but we loved it. The free tour was awesome and even included free tastings at the end. Some nice products to buy in the gift shop

The shorter free tour was all we needed. Interesting and some nice free samples, inducing us to make some nice purchases. Delicious products here.

We had limited time and we’re lucky enough to have the high energy Ismael as our English speaking guide. He combined information with entertainment and LOTS of free samples. There is no fee as he works for tips. All of us were glad we stopped.

We had a really fun time here. Our tour leader, Ismael, was great, knowledgeable and dull of energy! Get ready for interesting facts about chocolate, tasting many chocolate drinks, acting silly and having a great time.

Short story: Complained to the manager and demanded my money back because my experience was awful and my partner's was amazing. How could 2 experiences be completely different. She insisted it was different style but I'm sorry if that was the masseuse's style, she should...More

That is a good question. I am not certain. Once we cleared immigration & customs it was about 9:30pm and there was an individual out on the curb coordinating loading onto the shuttle. Once you leave the secure area and... More
