We stopped in and the place was loud, both downstairs and upstairs you could barely hear each other. The lady that provided us with our tasting was not very friendly, she was annoyed or could tell that we were not in love with the atmosphere....More

We had never been to a wine tasting so while visiting Middleburg thought we would do this. Their website made it easy to understand and follow directions and their policies. Went on Friday afternoon and few people were there, which was actually nice as we...More

We came for a day outside the city and we knew what we were getting into with Virginia wines, we werent there for first class wines but for fun. The tasting we did had the most boring host. He was determined to prove Virginia wines...More

One of our favorite wineries in NoVa. They make the Norton wines very well, try the Estate Bottled, or Shitz and Giggels. Spacious and clean indoor area, even nicer outdoor area with tables and chairs in sun or shade. They have little pavilions good for...More

Very expensive for just OK wines, not memorable unless you enjoy sweet whites or dry, heavy, uninteresting reds. The day we visited there were only 4 other customers, so you'd think having 3 more customers walk in might elicit a bit of enthusiasm, or a...More

The place is fine, the wine is over priced and does not offer the winery experience like some other close by wineries. Some people really enjoy the wine, but it is very similar to table wine. Nothing bad, but would rather experience somewhere else.

My husband and I were VIP members of Chrysalis and now I'm ashamed to say we spent so much time here, even bringing friends and family to their tasting room. The customer service at Chrysalis has always been so-so, but I've chalked it up to...More

Been to Chrysalis many times and it is a go-to place when we have out of town guests. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the wines are excellent. The Viognier is one of the best and seems to get better every year. They also do...More

Everyone was super friendly and we sampled and decided on Sarah's Patio. Place is gorgeous and views spectacular. They were open on Monday, low key and relaxing. I know they are super busy on weekend especially during autumn season.

It is hard to believe that it has been over a year since I was last at Chrysalis and amazingly enough I ended up with Chase as my server again. There was just me and a couple at our tasting area and Chase took great...More

I don't believe they cater/work weddings, but I would suggest you look up their website and give them a call to be sure.
