The visit left a bad taste in our mouths - literally and figuratively. When you arrive there are signs telling you all the things you cant do, when you get inside the owner tells you all the things he can do or has done or...More

I often visit Virginia wineries with a group of friends, one of whom is a former owner. But we are usually unimpressed--many have gotten too commercial, too crowded, too overpriced for nondescript, low-quality wines... as was the case with the first that we visited in...More

This was a nice location and the wine was delicious, but a bit pricey. However, the wine tasting was chaotic and we were skipped over several times. The staff was pleasant, but just seemed a bit disorganized. The food was ok, but a very limited...More

A very pleasant winery, with fireplace, seating inside and out. Very nice wines to choose from, as well as plates to share.

Stopped here on a nice February Saturday, and was surprised that it was not more crowded. The facility is nice, although I did not care for the separate tasting bars. If my wife had been with me, she would have opted for a different tasting...More
