Take good walking shoes, and make sure to take extra clothing as weather conditions can change very rapidly at such a high elevation.

This was the second of six highpoint hikes during a four day trip. It was definitely the most beautiful and enjoyable hike of all. I got a late start and it is a 4 1/2 mile one way hike but not to stressful. I ran...More

This is one of the most beautiful places on earth! Highly recommend bringing the family up and going to see the ponies. Maybe go for a hike to one of the many waterfalls around the area while you are at it.
