So glad to see VA history being restored, honored and shared. The $6.00 price of admission is reasonable. Tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Home is well kept and worth the hour out of your day.

This place has been refurbished and looks like it did back in the day. They have guided tours and can take you back in time to this location's heyday. It sits on a hill overlooking downtown Lynchburg and is grand indeed. I highly recommend touring...More

As is sometimes the case, what was once a rural home surrounded by nearly 800 acres of cropland is now surrounded by an urban neighborhood. Though a little difficult to reach through winding streets, visitors should not be discouraged from visiting this interesting plantation house....More

This mansion offers tours of the house and has good views of the city. It's only $6, a good deal! Tours start when they get people.
