Absolutely the best place in town for kids. Maybe the best anywhere. Lots of hands on experiences and games for all ages. The kids will stay all day and beg to come back.

I don't have kids, but have been to Amazement Square with friends and their kids. I enjoyed it even as an adult! It's filled with learning opportunities for children, and there is enough to keep their interest for hours! If I did have kids, we...More

Big kids and small lose themselves in interactive displays at this children's museum. I wish there were more of these type places for children

Great children's museum for being in such a small town. Ideal age range is 2-12. Membership isn't a great value as it's only open limited hours and the exhibits rarely change.

Amazement Square is a great way to spend quality time with children. Located in downtown Lynchburg, it is conveniently located near fun restaurants, walking /biking trails and the children love it when the train rolls by.

My grandchildren love this activity. We spent a little over an hour trying to build with large blocks, dropping golf balls into fun spinners or over hills, fishing in Egypt exhibit and riding the goat and horse. The girls really enjoy the farm area where...More
