Great little spot, FREE parking and activities. Really great for young children to see the animals and tractors. Big enough for a day without being exhausting.

We used to bring our kids there when they were little. Seeing that Frying Pan Farm Park is still thriving makes me happy. Have great memories going in the past.

The park includes hiking trails in the woods but the small collection of barnyard animals is the primary attraction. It is free with a few fee bearing extras like a carousel and hayride. It is also dog friendly.

A nearby stream is still called Frying Pan; the small area around it took on the name as well. The origin of the name of the stream is unknown, although it may relate to the copper mining that went on in the area.
