The actually make things in-house. The chicken tenders are hand breaded while you wait. I can't remember the last time I went to an outta the way side stop with home made food. This place has it right. Make it simple, keep it true to its roots. Nothing fancy here, just good, home cooking.

Found this traveling through and thought why not. Food cooked on spot, really good chicken club! When paying realized they closed at 5 and it was 4:59, I felt so bad to keep the employes there longer. They still took my order and did not complain. So glad I took this way, hopefully I can revisit when passing through again!

I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and I enjoyed it very much. The chicken was pounded thin, with multiple layers also had surprise bacon on it. The mac and cheese was really good also laced with bacon. The burger was cooked nicely and the philly was really tasty as well. They grilled the bread was grilled before the sandwiches were... More

The best homemade breakfast to go, I try to stop in every time I am in the area, and the staff is always friendly.

Love going here in the mornings on the weekend. The breakfast biscuits are amazing!! The tots are always crispy, it's fast, fresh, and inexpensive. Local favorite. The philly cheesesteak and redskin potato salad is also really great! The staff is wonderful as well!

We love this spot for breakfast. Wonderful, friendly service. Delicious biscuits in the morning. Lot 's of character in the old building. This has been around since the 1940s. Worth a visit the next time you are traveling on Rt 33.

Thanks to Dave, the owner of Stanley's, I had the best crab cake in the world while camping this summer. The night that Dave was in charge of dinner, he served his famous crab cakes and macaroni salad (which is also delicious). Although, I do not live near Stanley's Store, I will be taking a road trip on a Thursday... More

Great food but have started to raise prices recently. Decreased my visits as a result. For example, bologna burger is now $4.50, this price also does not include cheese and onions as they are extra! If they can get people to pay the increased prices good for them, but it is becoming a "once in a while" stop for me.

There's not much to say, but it is all good ! It is an excellent little country store on Rt. 33, heading out to the country. They have the "old Times" things that you would look for in this type of store. They fix a very good sandwich, excellent "corn dogs", and the people are "country friendly".
