Nice surprise

Although this was not our original destination glad we took a side trip. The view was great, the red wines awesome.

Beautiful setting, nice tasting room and deck and very nice owners. We tasted 10 wines I believe and none were bad. I like some better than others and we loved that their sweet wines were actually semi-sweet with little sugar compared to many wines. We left with 2 bottles and will certainly be back. If you want to sit and... More

This was the second time that I had the pleasure of visiting Wolf Gap. Very nice and personable owners who take the time to make you feel like your at home. Beautiful setting, amazing wines. They have a 50%, 50% blend of vidal and traminette which is amazing. Do yourself a favor and go take a visit!

Such an amazing winery!! It was recommended to us by a previous winery. Very homey feel. Everyone was so so nice. The wine was the best we had!!! So hard to decide on bottles! We all had a glass and sat on the patio with bluegrass music and the most amazing view while munching on a cheese plate. Best winery... More

While on the road to Shenandoah National Park, my husband and I decided to do some wine tasting along the way. We stopped off at this wonderful little winery and were very happy we did. The wines are great and the owners are extremely friendly and informative about their wines. It is a new winery, having begun business only in... More

Discovered Wolf Gap after visiting many wineries in the area over the years. Our loss we did not find Wolf Gap sooner. Unknown to us, our party arrived 1/2 hour before opening. The owner met us as we started to leave and invited us into the Tasting Room. Lucky for us. The wines were extremely good, especially the reds. It... More

We signed up as club members and are remembered every time that we visit. The owners are a lovely couple and we enjoy them doing the tastings because they are so knowledgeable and passionate about the wine. The wine is amazing and we always find it difficult not walking out with a case, and have done that a couple of... More

This is a cute little place in the home of the owners. Not a lot of space in the tasting, but the do have a deck with outdoor seating. The wines were nice. Friends love the sweet wines.

Try the blueberry wine and the blueberry/red varietal blend. They are not what you'd expect...red not blue and only slightly sweet. Yes, they also do the normal Virginia reds and whites as well. Nice people, inside and outside seating with a long view of Wolf Gap. Very nice!

This place is a small paradise, very peacefull. They has some good wines they produce locally. You can taste each wine or enjoy single bottle just sitting under the sun on the patio.
