We were more impressed with the views than the wine. I'm not saying the wines are bad, just not to my liking.

I visited this winery on a trip down to JMU. They do have an extensive list of wines to try which range from the dry to sweet wines and some good reserve wines. However, I was a little disappointed with the quality of several of their wines. Two wines I liked were Steep Face and Houndstooth. Living in Loudoun County,... More

It may not be the awe-inspiring setting of Napa, but it's definitely worth the visit. The staff was very friendly and completely without pretensions. The $5 wine tasting was a pleasant experience, and the bottles reasonably priced for the quality.

My husband and I stopped in for a wine tasting today. We loved the Moscato and Beau white wines so we bought a bottle of each. We only like sweet white wines. We took lots of photographs of the beautiful mountain vistas too.

I visited this winery after having one of their wines at a restaurant with my dinner. The wine was so good I had to go to the winery to see if they had any other good wines. Well, I did a few tastings about 15 wines in all and did not taste one that I would not only drink but... More

Great place to visit and enjoy a glass of wine. Beautiful views all around. Several whites, reds, reserved wines to choose from.

What a pleasure to work with the staff at Bluestone Vineyard to host an event for Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community Board of Directors and VMRC Foundation Board of Directors. We met in their brand new event center - The Meeting House. From the moment we started planning, Jackie & Tonya were going to make sure we had everything we needed... More

My wife and I have been to Bluestone several times as they have grown. They have always been pleasant and attentive to our wants. The wines are consistently good and not so fruit forward depending on what wine you try. They have the first dry red I've had that I really enjoyed. The grounds and scenes are as beautiful as...
