The Weston Playhouse is such a fantastic asset to the Vermont art culture. They seem to strive to find shows that appeal to a wide variety of people and tastes. Gorgeous theater with plenty of leg room.

Had the joy and opportunity to enjoy a delightfull evening on the opening night of Mama Mia!, great performance followed by great fun at the after show downstairs. Amazing a community as small as weston can support this amazing venue. It tells you a lot about weston, and what they value. Thank goodness there are communities like this. What a... More

We went to see a show in the smaller theater down the block. There are no assigned seats (it's general admission) so make sure you arrive early enough to get the seats you want. A large (around 8 people & some were kids) party walked in about 5 minutes before show time and were not happy that they had to... More

This is the best thing to do in the VT summer: Saunter over to Weston in the twilight, wear your summer casuals through the green, view the falls out back and sit down with lots of legroom and a terrific intimate view from every seat to the most professional, impassioned Broadway equivalent quality theater you can imagine. I always have... More

We saw Mama Mia and I have to say it was every bit as good as both London and Broadway where we had also seen it

We saw a wonderful production at the Weston Playhouse this past week, Murder for Two. The two actors were sensational. The theater is very small and cozy; every seat is a good one!

We went with friends to see their production of "Mama Mia". The theater company did an outstanding job in the presentation, music, and with all the performers. The theater itself is quite large for such a small little town and there is more than ample leg room so you can really stretch out. The music was not too loud, even... More

We try to make at least one play at the Weston Playhouse. We were extremely fortunate to have obtained seat for the performance elf Mama Mia. The cast was outstanding! The set, wonderfully designed. If your in southern Vermont, make the effort, buy you tickets ahead of time, and enjoy some fabulous theater, at the Weston Playhouse in Weston, VT... More
