Capt Paul Saenger died in October of 2014. He was content knowing that the Carillon would continue to sail on the South Lake due to it's pending purchase by Fort Ticonderoga. Having sailed with us, you know that this was our avocation, we didn't make...More

Enjoyable, informative guide to the history of the area. Perhaps a little US biased ;) An ideal way to travel and understand the military and logistical importance of Lake Champlain.

Thanks for the review. The private cruises are always special as everyone is primed for a good time before they even board the Carillon and we are proud that you selected us for your cruise.

This is seasonal, so you should check the schedule before hand. And it's good to call ahead and make reservations. The day we took the cruise, it was completely full. The boat is a replica of a 1920's 1000 island cruiser, right down to the...More

Thanks for the review. The day you cruised with us was certainly a full cruise. One never knows how many passengers show up on a given day. But we will take them out regardless if there are one or forty nine. After all it is...More
