I had been here about 20 years ago, so I was excited to take my kids. My family seemed to enjoy themselves, and my youngest got to pick out a bear. The Bears are a bit pricey, though. It's definitely an experience!

Fun for the whole family. It's great to see a company take so much pride in their work and employees. The tour is just long enough for young kids. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Three of us went on the tour. Learned a lot more than I knew about the teddy bears. My wife ended up buying one. Nice experience.

I live in Shelburne and when friends come to town I make the obligatory trip to this tourist destination. Family friendly, festive, fun and enjoyable, but the Bears can get expensive if you opt to fully round out with accessories!

Tour guide funny and informative. Bears are so expensive around $50-$70/ piece. Gift shop expensive. The pajama gram next door , leftover stuff from orders. Lawn not mowed outside the facility thinking its a tourist destination with farm animals strong stench! Nice tour for kids!

The tour is really nice, but our toddlers (2 and 4) lost their patience (they don't speak English). The tour itself is very informative and interesting. The shop itself is heaven to teddy bears lovers, reminded me the Build-A-Bear, but with much more variety. The...More

I believe so because they have lifetime warranty on their teddy bears and I believe they do international. I will suggest you to visit their website or call them directly. Good luck.

No reservations required, and this time of year you won't have any crowds to deal with. You might get a personal tour. I did in early Sept.
