I signed up for a class while on a fall visit to Vermont. I didn't care what the class was, I just wanted to go. It was great. The instructor, Jessica, was very friendly and an excellent teacher. Small class size, good demonstration, and help if needed while we did our own. I came home with a pie and a... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at King Arthur Flour. Had a delicious lunch, enjoyed their store of every item you might or might not need but fun to look at. I wished we could have taken a baking class as they looked like lots of fun and informative. Will just have to return another time!

If you love baking and are in the area, this is a must do. Cafe sandwiches were excellent. Just seeing all those beautiful breads on display makes you want to hurry home and get out the flour. The store is full of good smells, all types of flour, hard to find baking ingredients and every baking gadget one could ever... More

This was our second visit to KA. We arrived hungry and had lunch first. Sandwiches are made on bread they bake and they are better than the typical deli fare. After eating, we sent into the store. Of course we can get KA flour at the local grocer store, but they have many other types not readily found. This is... More

My husband and I took a 3hr evening class on puff pastry.- we made pastry, an apple galette and savory palmers. He was so worried about being bored. But 'the fastest and most fun 3 hrs ever'. Really worthwhile. Liz was a great teacher, and Laurie was full of help for us. Go & take a class!!

I found this baking center by accident as I pulled off the highway to get out of a snow squall on Sunday 10/18/15. While I do get the catalogue regularly in the mail I did not realize the center was in Norwich, VT. What a great surprise. I watched a cake demo, looked at the variety of ingredient items, specialty... More

Crossed off an item on my bucket list! Stopped here for a quick visit. Started in the cafe. Grabbed some coffee and pastries. Delicious. The store was a bakers heaven. A little pricey but you pay for the experience. They offer a wide variety of classes but I didn't have time to attend one. Wish I lived closer.

The King Arthur's Store is a must stop for any baker or anyone who likes baked goods and shopping. Staff here is always knowledgeable and friendly. The store itself is bright and it always smells great! There is so much to choose from and you always need to find out about their sales. We went twice on this trip. The... More
