I am heading up for the sour dough classes in May. I'm coming by train from south jersey. I took a class a few years ago on whole grains..loved it and can't wait to get up to Vermont to start the sour dough classes

Took the sour dough baking class. Very good class and much fun. Because bread requires some time to rise (in this case three times) there were some "down" times but overall worth the visit

OK, maybe I’m jaded. My husband and I have a quiet reputation for being decent chefs and bakers. All these years we’ve relied upon basic baking pans and sheets from relatively inexpensive stores, and bake with common grocery store ingredients, mixing and blending and adding...More

Very nice cakes, breads and other baked goods for sale. Special order cakes are a very nice touch - simple to order. Find the gluten free flours and mixes very user friendly and tasty.

Lebanon is closest, then Manchester, Boston and if you are in the Burlington, Vermont area, the Burlington Airport has major flights and is less than 2 hours away.
