Fall at the best......

The trees were in full bloom of all the fall colors. The trail are wide enough for two... awesome. I found that many people are curious when embarking on this trail.

I had a wonderful trip! John and Lesley and Michelle were incredibly - so pleasant and friendly and so flexible about accommodating anything that a guest wanted to try or do. Beautiful, beautiful hikes from easy to challenging and fantastic dinners at The Foundry just down the hill. I will be back next year and I highly recommend ATA to... More

When I found the Appalachian Trail Adventures website I thought it was too good to be true. Well it wasn't- it was even better than I could have imagined. John and Leslie were awesome guides. John is so flexible and did everything in his power to ensure we got what we were looking for out of the trip. Everyday the... More

I hear that comment "too good to be true" almost weekly, hehe.... but yes the reviews and pictures are all real. ATA and its partners, the Summit Lodge and Foundry restaurant pride ourselves on our high level of customer service. The programs/vacations we offer have adapted over the past 10 years to near perfection. The local area business's offer many... More

We are very happy you staff had a relaxing time on your corporate retreat. Our guides try hard to make sure everyone has a good time and treat everyone as friends or family...come as strangers, leave as friends :-) More

John and his crew did a wonderful job of planning my birthday weekend! There were 12 of us with different skill levels, ability's and interests. They were able to challenge all of us...but not too much! The food was outstanding! The accommodations had character and traditional new England charm.
