We went to the pump house in the morning and it was pretty good, just a lot of people everywhere, could not find a table or chair that was available. The hot tub was good but too many small children playing and splashing while you are trying to relax. In the afternoon the pump house smelled like pee. It was... More

We were pleasantly surprised with the water park. Totally didnt expect to find something like this at a ski area. It can be crowded at times but it does stay open until 10pm and most of the kids are gone by 8pm. We are looking forward to going there again next winter.

We have come to Jay for the past 5 years and this is the first time we have the water park pass. It was a great time and the kids had a ball. So nice to ski in the morning and waterpark in the afternoon. My daughter loved LaChute - their most extreme water slide that is sure to thrill... More

We love the indoor water park at Jay peak. It's so fun to get off your ski clothes and out in your bathing suits. We must have done 10 laps in the lazy river. Then water slides and hot tubs. Hours of fun! The locker rooms are a bit too crowded and wet , but we managed.

Good place to go to after a long day skiing. The lines are not long and the children had a lot of fun. There is a hot tub to relax in and a wave ride that you can surf on.

We enjoyed an hour in the waterpark after skiing. The place has a nice amount of rides to keep the family happy but don't expect this to be like Great Wolf Lodge. There is enough to keep the kids happy and offer something beyond just skiing.

After a day of skiing, it's a great way to chillax...sitting in the hot tub, floating down the lazy river or zooming down the water slides. Well worth the admission when bundled together as a stay/ski/splash package.

We've been to The Pump House a couple times now and have always had a good time. There is something there for all ages. There is a section for small children that has a couple little slides and some water spraying toys. The bigger slides were fun for the older kids and adults. The water park has a bunch of... More

This is the place to be if you are visiting Jay Peak resort. The service was excellent and the waterpark itself was very good. The rock wall climbing was really cool, along with the outdoor hot tub. Each and every employee we encountered was so customer oriented, but one employee Eliza, stood out. I did not see her take a break the... More

I booked a teen party for my daughter which covers 10 people and a cabana for 5hrs plus had several others who attended as well. When I called to book it I was told that the cabanas had "much better" towels than the ones everyone else used. Not true at all same crappy towels. They also say the cabanas can... More
