You don't have to go to the Berkshires to see excellent summer theatre. The Dorset Theatre Festival reliably produces wonderful plays in its very nice house. We just saw THE LEGEND OF GEORGIA MCBRIDE and thoroughly enjoyed it. What a lot of fun.

Baskerville was a wild, slapstick farce. Three of the actors played various parts with a multitude of quick costume changes, accents, carriage & quirks. I am amazed they could keep it all straight. (My personal favorite was the baby.) There was much pantomime & histrionics....More
