Visiting Champlain College is worth a try. Parking may be a challenge on the street but worth walking thru their campus to find this statue and see what he is viewing.

Nice statue on the patio of Champlain College. Champlain the statue surveys the lake he is named for and the view from this spot on the hill is awesome.

Lovely momument to the explorer who explored Lake Champlain, Burlington, VT and Quebec. During his time, things were not written down so not much is known about him.
