We have young children so we're concerned about visiting a "museum". But it was short enough and interactive enough that we were all able to enjoy it. It's a great museum with all types of memorabilia from the 2002 olympics as well as others. Also, it's FREE so we didn't mind missing some of the exhibits due to the kids'... More

May the appropriate Mormon Jesus please bless Mitt Romney for bringing the 2002 Winter Games to Salt Lake. The region is absolutely stellar for hosting the games and the Olympic Park seems the perfect functional (still used for training, as a museum, and what is essentially an amusement park) momento, active 15 years after the games. You can watch the... More

My son (17) and I visited on a non ski day. We spent an hour or so there. Alot of info on Olympics and weather. Very interesting. Artwork, hands on displays, videos, ski jump hill/toboggan run viewing area and Olympic history. Very fun and free

I am honestly not sure why they are open until February 18th, when all of the activities are open. Right now, there is just a "gallery" floor and a "museum floor" to see. That takes about 15-20 minutes to walk through and then you can walk outside and look at the Olympic slides and slopes, but there is no one... More

Went hoping to do the bobsled and tubing but they were closed due to the volume of snow the area had received. The museum was very interesting and we did get a chance to do the virtual high jump which is a must for family humor. Caught the freestyle skiing team practicing which was incredible. Would definitely go again, but... More

Visited Olympic Park today. The museum was informative. Don't miss the upstairs 2002 Olympic display. Never realized what goes into hosting. Brought back the sense of pride in our country and athletes. Main level is more of a history of skiing including Hall of Fame of people that have made an impact on the sport. Pay for the bus tour.... We stopped in on our way to Park City and we weren't disappointed. You can see the places where the winter games were held. We took many wonderful pictures of the sites. The person working was at the games . There is also a free museum to walk around. There were pay things to do. One is the bobsled! Great... More
