This was my second trip for Monument valley, we just drove by ourselves the first time when i visited in 2015. But when we took this trip with Simpson's we never knew we would be so satisfied. Our guide Ronnie was awesome and took us to secret spots within Monument valley. We liked the Hogans so much and honestly overwhelming... More

I work as a tour guide across North America, and my passengers best experience is when I take them through Monument Valley and use Simpsons Trailhandler. The guides are professional, knowledgeable and have a great sense of humor. The areas they take you to are unreachable my private vehicles. If you choose the overnight experience you are in for a... We do not Visit Monument Valley until June of this year, However, I would like to compliment Stephanie, She has been wonderful in helping us with our booking and where we need to meet etc. My sister recommended this tour and I am so very glad she did, If the contact with customer service and timely responses is anything to... Did the sunset tour, although very enjoyable we felt our tour guide could have been a bit more knowledgeable about the geology of the area, he spent a lot of his time on his phone which we thought was a bit unprofessional. We visited a traditional home where a navajo lady was making some traditional rugs, very wonderful to see... More

You can drive thru Monument Valley in your own car and SEE the fantastic mountains. BUT when you go with a true native american you will also LEARN about the life and history in this place. If you also decide to sleep in an original Navajo Hogan and eat the Navajo Taco around the campfire while you listen to the... More

We booked a trip in advance. There was initially some confusion about where to meet the guide but after a few phone calls on the day found her. The weather was not great but our guide was and we had a very enjoyable and interesting tour of the Valley. There are a number of companies offering tours but it would... More

Our guide Cory was a real treet. Unassuming and full of love for his culture. I do not reccomend the overnight stay in the Hogan. It was the one used for demonstrations and as a gift shop during the day. The tour and food were great. The dancers and story tellers were a little amateur. The dance was delayed so... More

We are sorry to hear that it didn't meet your expectations. The Hogan's are owned by a local family that uses it for weaving demonstrations during the day. They also have a small table set up where they have handmade jewelry available for purchase. They allow us to use it in the evenings for our overnight experiences. Our dancers and... More

Every step of our experience from making the reservation to meeting our guide was wonderful. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and welcoming. The beauty of the land was magical.

Vera, our guide was very kind and knowledgeable. The beauty here is overwhelming and the conversational information Vera shared helped me to understand and feel a part of the Dineh history and culture. Make sure you insist on visiting the Hogan; when we first approached it there was a crowd and she opted to return to it later - but... More

We did an overnight Jeep tour which was really amazing. Our tour guide Vera was lovely and we got to learn about the native Navajo people and their lifestyles, got a fabulous guided tour of the magnificent Rocks, saw sunset and sunrise and got to sleep under the stars after being fed and entertained by native dancing. Fabulous!.
