I have gone skiing twice before at a different location and hated it! Too many people, not enough greens and blues, and it felt like work. I loved our 5 days skiing in Brian Head. We stayed on the Navajo side and as I mentioned I enjoyed the Greens and Blues, but my husband love the Giant Steps because it... More

My husband, 16 year old son and I had a great experience here! I had been skiing once prior and this was my husband and son's first time. I highly recommend the lessons - group lessons are a great deal and include your lift ticket and equipment. My husband and I did ski lessons with Chris and he did a... More

My family recently visited Brian Head Resort during spring break. My son, twelve years old, is diagnosed with high functioning autism. He displays zero interest in sports or outdoor activities. My nine year old daughter was extremely anxious to ski during our visit. We decided to go for it knowing that this could be a risky decision if my son... More

The kids had never skied before. They took the beginner lesson and the next day they were beating me down the mountain EVERY run. The resort has two lodges that are nicely kept. The restaurants are affordable as is a day of skiing with rentals compared to other locations. We will definitely be back!

First visit to Brian head. 28cm of snow greeted us on our arrival and the place was like a winter wonderland. Not too crowded at this end of the ski season and no waiting on lifts. Great visit.

Thanks for your review! Yes, we have been blessed with some heavy snowstorms this past couple of weeks, and spring skiing conditions are as good as they've been in many years. We're open until April 16th this year, so there's still time to enjoy a few more runs! Thanks again for your review. Sincerely, Burke Wilkerson General Manager Brian Head... More

Second visit in 20 years to ski at Brianhead. Not a huge resort but lots short runs to ski, most of the runs were well groomed. Equipment, lifts, lodge areas were all nice & well maintained. Our ski in ski out Condo was OK, Dumbwaiter was broke down, our first Condo wasn't clean, so they moved us to another one.... More

Thank you for your review. Yes, we're not the biggest resort in the business, but we do offer over 650 acres of terrain with runs for all ability levels to enjoy. Our size also allows us to provide un-crowded slopes, virtually no lift lines, and personalized service to our guests. These are the attributes that we believe make us the... More

We have been coming here for many years and have always enjoyed sharing cabins with close friends! We really make it an annual trip from Orange County. Such friendly staff from ski rental to lessons, our kids love it! We put our kids in school every year just so adults can play, priceless! My kids love to come each and... More

Only 3 1/2 hours away, Brian Head is a great little ski resort. Plenty of runs, and it never seems crowded. Staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable. Great for skiers of all levels. Beautiful scenery and views. I always hate to leave.

Thank you for your nice review. I couldn't have said it better myself! Family-friendly and affordable. That is our promise, and we work very hard to deliver on that promise. We are the closest ski resort in Utah to Las Vegas and southern California, and there is no reason to pass by exit 75 on Interstate 15 if you're looking... More

First time here and we really enjoyed it. It was really warm so the snow was ice in the morning and really soft in the afternoon. I think it would be a great place to learn. One side of the resort is almost entirely green slopes. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Brian Head is unique among Utah Ski Resorts in that it is so high. When you get off the lift at the top you are nearly as high as Mount Timpanogos. You look down at all of the surrounding mountains. They have black diamond runs but they are pushing it as far as difficulty. We found most of the runs... More

Thank you for your review Calvin. Our elevation is indeed unique among Utah ski resorts. We have the highest base elevation of any ski resort in the State. This means that we are typically one of the earliest to open for the season and our spring skiing conditions are some of the best available anywhere. And due to our high... More
