We go every couple of months to check out the free event on the Saturday they are open. We love checking out the artists spaces, vendors and musicians. It's a great place to get unique art or a special gift.

What an amazing place this is. An actual converted working chicken farm into an really cool and complete compound. Artists of all types with mediums; clay, blacksmith, paint, carving, weaving, print and mroe. Def with a stop if you are in the SA area. The B&B and restaurant on site are pretty terrific too.

Head out there on a First Saturday for live music, shopping, food and demonstrations, but be prepared...it is definitely a little different than many are used to! Check out Magazi II for handmade fun and The Star Keeper Gallery for awesome pottery!

We really aren't art people but we still enjoyed our visit to the Chicken Farm Art Center. It is different and there are lot's of interesting things to see there. I think if you like different types of art this is a place you would definitely want to see. We didn't have any children with us but it struck me... More

Really cool place to visit. All the artists work was really neat. Everyone in our family had different favorite vendors. Great place to get really cool one of a kind gifts. We would love to visit during one of their music shows. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful open air artist colony where you can buy original art, meet the artists and see them at work, have a gourmet meal, and stay overnight in one of the unique rooms at the inn.
