This state park is one of the best in Texas...you will really get to see some of the natural, untouched Texas coastline. Access is easy. The water on this part of the Texas coast is some of the best looking water south of Matagorda Bay.

As of right now the park is closed due to the hurricane damage they received. They are working delligently on things though, so check before you go on their progress.

Beach was not as crowded as we thought it would be.....Automobile access to beach and buggy access... Not to hot this weekend..... All local lifeguards and security were everywhere and very courteous...Beach was very nice.... 💚❤️💛
