An Oasis in the City's

Great place to escape from the city. It's fun to explore the trails throughout the park. The playground is great for grandchildren.

This is a very nice relaxing place to visit with kids, dogs etc. We always enjoy a long leisurely walk or bike ride here. It feels safe when busy. Bring a picnic.

This is a nice little walk through nature. The main path is paved and you can cover the entire preserve any time of year. There are also some unpaved trails and a creek runs through it. I have seen a fair amount of local wildlife there. There are restrooms (for humans) and clean-up stations for dogs, a play area and... More

We have been using this park for over 10 years and have hiked and biked all of the trails. The parking lot can fill up almost to capacity during the busy times and days of the week, especially on the weekend. My top tip is to arrive early before the crowds and the heat during the summer months. This is... More

We walk our dogs every day at this park. It is lovely, with diverse trails and a long series of wildflowers in bloom. Great spot for family photographs.

Quite an oasis in the middle of houses and busy roads. Well managed trail mixed with woods, flowing water and grasslands. Never too busy. Quiet and wide open. Safe and secure for lone runners, bikers or walkers. Pets get a good walk too. Parking area is well laid out and visible. There are picnic pavilions that I have seen family... More

Well thank God it was a pretty good day, wseather wise, or maybe I would not have enjoyed it as much as I have! But I did see a lot of "flora and fauna" in this area.

Beautiful little hiking and biking trails hidden inside the metroplex. My pup loves to splash in the stream on a hot day. Lots of little trails that split off so this hike can be as long as you want!

Thank Grace S
