Nice place to get some great graduation photo's. The pier was very nice, enjoyed a beautiful sunset. Park, and parking were free.

Swarms of mosquitoes attack from all directions. There are repellent resistant mosquitoes in such quantities that we did not last long there. September 2018. We did not observe any of the supposed wildlife at the nature center that were not in cages.

Our guide Kevin is very knowledgeable and thorough, told great stories about the history of Armand Bayou, we visited the nature center after the canoe trip and it was wonderful!
