The experience offered a walk back in time. We were able to enter some of the early homes and how they were constructed. We saw how people traded and ran their shops. Our guide was wonderful and accommodated us very well. Each structure is different...More

We are so glad you enjoyed your visit. Hours are generally 10-12 and 1-3 but times can be changed due to special events or weather. Calling ahead is always a good idea. 830-629-2943

The only reason I did not give 5 starts is because the gate was closed and we could not go in. We stopped by Sunday morning around 9:00. We realized it would not be ope for tours, but figured we could walk around the grounds....More

This is a beautiful site of refurbished buildings and furnishings. It is a great place for weddings, family reunions, gatherings of 100 or so people. Walk through History and Enjoy a delicious sandwich and dessert...catering is available.

Beautiful flowers everywhere made for a gorgeous outside wedding venue. It was a comfortable day in April.and the awesome sunset at ceremony time was stunning. Our DJ and MC made sure the wedding reception was perfect. Big Tyme Entertainment
