The Million Barrel has been remodeled? Not really, it has been organized and cleaned up. It is a place with a lot of history. The Rattlesnake Bomber base museum has been moved to this location. It is very interesting. You need to see for yourself first hand. The Coca-Cola museum is another attraction you must see along with the school... More

We saw the "Daytripper" episode and followed up by going out -- and picked a day the museum was closed (holiday weekend). Nevertheless, it's got enough outdoor detail to give a sense of the size, purpose and history of the site.

If you're on a long road trip, it's a great place to get out and stretch your legs and learn a few interesting things. Doesn't require more than 30 minutes of your time, unless you want it to

It was kinda funny to know that people actually thought they could hold oil in this. We had a nice little man give us a tour & tell us all the history. They also have a breeding paur of owls that live in the trees, got to see the male. Beautiful bird.
